Shipping times may vary, as some items are made to order and depending on availability can take up to 1-2 weeks - certain items are noted to have different processing times. However, if stock is readily available - posting the order will take place within the first 5 working days from the date of the order being received.

In case your local customs agency charges any custom fees, you will be responsible to cover these costs.

When your package is ready to be posted, we endeavour to reach you as fast, safe and secure as possible.

To ensure that your jewellery is kept safe and secure, all item(s) are securely packaged and tracked during transport. You can use the Royal Mail tracking system to keep an eye out for your delivery.
You will have to sign for the package, so please do try to be home.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON EARRINGS, DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.
Dahab Jewellery Boutique will oblige in compliance to your Consumer Rights.

We hope that you love your Dahab Jewellery Boutique jewellery as much as we love making it. But should you have a change of heart, you can return within 14 days from receiving your order. To start the process, please email us at info@dahabjewelleryboutique.com, then please return the item(s) safely and securely back to Dahab Jewellery Boutique in its original packaging and in un-used condition.
Please note: Dahab Jewellery Boutique is not able to provide you with a Free Returns label.
Should you still like to refund your item(s) (with the exception of earrings), You are liable to pay for the cost of return postage via tracked delivery to ensure that your order gets back to us and you accept that Dahab Jewellery Boutique is not responsible if the return package is lost / misplaced, or missing in-transit - whether there is a / is no tracking number. Should the package be lost / misplaced, or missing, this will fall under your responsibility to contact your delivery service to locate the item and the refund for the item(s) will be held frozen until the item(s) is returned to Dahab Jewellery Boutique.
From the date we receive the returned item(s), these will be inspected. If there is no damage and item(s) are in the same acceptable condition and within its original packaging, we will send you confirmation of the return for the ordered item(s) only and that a refund will be issued within 14 days to the same method of payment.

In the case of manufacturing faults please contact info@dahabjewelleryboutique.com with your full name, order number and email images of the fault. If accepted and the fault is due to the manufacturing and Dahab Jewellery Boutique has been informed within the 30-day period of ownership, please return the "item(s)" of jewellery in its original packaging and upon receipt, Dahab Jewellery Boutique will issue you with a full refund of the product and delivery.
