If you enter any incorrect information (e.g. but not limited to shipping address), Dahab Jewellery Boutique is not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. Once your order is confirmed, we are not obliged to make any changes or cancellations.

PURCHASE & SUBSEQUENT CONTRACT

Once you have placed an order online, you enter into a contract with Dahab Jewellery Boutique. Following your order placement, you will receive confirmation to the email address provided at your own discretion.
A contract as a result of an offer which is an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price is not binding for Dahab Jewellery Boutique.

Dahab Jewellery Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel your order after it has been submitted due to inaccuracies on our site (should this occur), incorrect payment information, insufficient shipping information, and/or suspected fraudulent information.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.

PRICE & PAYMENT
All prices quoted on the Dahab Jewellery Boutique online store is in Great British Pounds (GBP). The international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary. Any promo codes can only be applied at the time of sale and not after.

The price quoted in the online store at the moment of placing an order is the total price.
You may pay for your order as indicated via the online store at Dahab Jewellery Boutique.
After you have paid / made payment for your order, we will email you confirmation of your order.

PROCESSING ORDER & SUBSEQUENT SHIPMENT
Dahab Jewellery Boutique will endeavour to process and deliver your order safely, securely and as quickly as possible after receiving full payment.
Orders are delivered to the default shipping address provided (by you) via Royal Mail Tracked. The delivery period as shown on the website is an indication only. External factors, such as internal availability as well as the payment method and weather conditions are factors that may affect the smooth delivery duration.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER AND SUBSEQUENT SHIPMENT

If you have made an order and delivery is outside of the UK, the respective country may charge additional levies such as import tax. Dahab Jewellery Boutique has no influence or control over such levies and will therefore not be able to update you in such instances. Before placing such an order, it is your sole responsibility to personally check whether the item(s) ordered (by you) can be exported to / imported in the respective country and what the cost is that is your responsibility to cover and make payment.

In the unexpected instance that you should receive an incomplete or damaged item(s), please contact Dahab Jewellery Boutique.

QUALITY OF ITEMS & PRODUCTS

Dahab Jewellery Boutique endeavours to showcase its items via the online store as accurately as possible, however, in some instances, there may be some differences (e.g. but not limited to colour differences) such as the picture of the item(s) verses the item(s) delivered to you. Should you believe that the delivered product is not the same as the product shown on the website, you may use your right to return as described in these Conditions (with the exception of earrings that we do not accept returns or exchanges for due to hygiene reasons that is in compliance with your Consumer Rights.

For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the item(s) ordered (by you), you have the right to terminate the contract and return the item(s) no later than 14 days after receipt, in order to, express your preference to terminate the contract with regards to the respective item(s) (with the exception of earrings as mentioned above).
​
To do so, please make sure you have read and understood Dahab Jewellery Boutique's "Shipping & Returns" procedure and follow the instructions stated within.
​
Please Note: The cost to return shipment for the respective item(s) back to Dahab Jewellery Boutique is your responsibility and at your sole cost. It is recommended that you pay for the cost of return using a tracked delivery service to ensure that your order is trackable and gets back to us. In the event, it does not return, this allows you to make a claim with the shipping provider.

Dahab Jewellery Boutique is not responsible if the return package is lost / misplaced or missing in-transit whether there is a / is no tracking number. In this instance, this will fall under your responsibility to contact Royal Mail, or the delivery provider you serviced to locate the item and the refund (for the item(s) only) will be held frozen until received.

Once received and approved, Dahab Jewellery Boutique will return the amount paid for the respective item(s) only within 14 days.
​
You are permitted to inspect the respective item(s) to verify if you want to keep your purchase, but not wear it. The reason for this is to avoid continuous use of the item(s). Wearing or trying on the item(s) even once, affects the item(s) for hygienic reasons. All Dahab Jewellery Boutique items for Earrings, Necklaces and Bracelets are measured and outlined via our online store to indicate at time of purchase the size of the item(s) so that as a Consumer, you can make an informed decision prior to placing and subsequently making your item(s) purchase.

If a purchase as a direct consequence of your own actions causes the respective item(s) of your purchase to be damaged (for any reason), show signs of damage, or the respective item(s) show signs of use, in that, you have used the product than as permitted and not returned in its original packaging in the condition it was distributed, then, Dahab Jewellery Boutique will forfeit your right to a refund (depending on the state of the item(s)) and original packaging.

Dahab Jewellery Boutique is not responsible for jewellery pieces that tarnish or break over time. Please review our FAQ / Jewellery Care Page on how to look after your item(s) to extend the wear.

QUALITY CARE & ALLERGIES

Please note, lack of personal hygiene may cause infections in the ears. It is your sole responsibility to take care of one's body and hygiene. Each person may respond to different metals that may or may not be in the item(s) created and made by Dahab Jewellery Boutique. Although Dahab Jewellery Boutique endeavours to make their item(s) have the least impact on your skin; Dahab Jewellery Boutique has no liability or responsibility over any health related or other outcomes of you wearing their item(s).

DAHAB JEWELLERY RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS FROM TIME TO TIME
